Terms and Conditions:
Each additional Domain Pointer/Aliases is a one time fee of $25
Transfer above 1000MB Frontpage; 7GB Basic; 10GB Advanced will be billed at $10 per
1000MB Frontpage; 7GB Basic; 10GB Advanced transfer does not apply to Adult, Warez, MP3, Link Sites, or Image Galleries
99% uptime guarantee does not apply to natural disasters or provider problems associated with your T1 Internet Service Provider
Disk Space above 5MB Frontapge; 200MB Basic; 300MB Advanced will be billed at $0.75?MB per month.
Traffic:
We are pleased to offer our clients unlimited Web page traffic. To maintain the integrity of our service the following limitations apply:
- Multiple hosts resolving at an ip or domain name that we provide.
- Sites with Banners, graphics or cgi's running from their domain used on other domains.
- Sites with archives or galleries (.gif, .jpg, exe, zip, tar, etc ...)
- Sites offering download files. (This is any site where 20% or more of there monthly traffic is from file downloads)
- MP3, Music Link Sites, or Link Sites in general.
- No unauthorized reselling of disk space.
- Sites using more than 10% of system resources. For those that do not qualify for the unlimited service, traffic will go unmonitored until you reach 3 gigs. Thereafter, normal data transfer cost of $10.00/1 gig will apply.

Sub Domains www.yourdomain.com/yourcleint/ are $6 additional per month.
Vanity Domains i.e. yourclient.yourdomain.com are either $6 per month or $25 per month. (Depending on the configuration requested.) The hosting server will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Chat Rooms:
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option. However, we do provide a choice of Java chatrooms for a small extra charge that will more than fill your needs and run without hindering the performance of the machine for others.
Background Running Programs:
We may allow programs to run continually in the background . These are considered on a one-to-one basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance if needed.
IRC:
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Commercial Advertising - Email:
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from our host servers or using an email address or domain that is maintained on Pegasus Technologies machine as reference is STRICTLY prohibited. Pegasus Web Technologies will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. A $500 fee per incident and account deactivation will be applied if spamming is deemed as a flagrant violation of our TOS.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an account please email info@mehmarketing.com with your domain name, username, password, and the account administrators name and phone number. We cannot accept cancellations by phone.
Indemnity By Customer:
Customer agrees to release, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Pegasus, its subsidiaries, employees and agents, MEH Marketing Solutions, from any claims, damages, including but not limited to consequential damages, or any other liability arising from customer's use of Pegasus's services and facilities provided to customer under this AUP, even if Pegasus has been advised of the possibility of such damages, including payment or Pegasus's reasonable attorney's fees.
Non Payment:
MEH Marketing reserves the right to terminate any account for non-payment of 15 days or longer.
Server Abuse:
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of MEH Marketing or Pegasus Technologies is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel any account, at any time, for any reason.
All Sub-Networks, distributive hosting sites of Pegasus Technologies must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation. And possible penalty fees.
